Distinguished colleagues from Latin America and neurosurgeons from all over the world, on behalf of the Latin American Society of Neurosurgeons of USA & Canada (SLANC) and the Organizing Committee of the XL CLAN Miami from November 19-24, 2022, we cordially welcome you. It is with great pleasure that we invite you to this, your congress, which will be held in the center of the Latin heartland in North America, the charming city of Miami.

The scientific program of the congress has been designed to share contemporary neurosurgical advances presented by some of the luminaries of Latin and world Neurosurgery. Likewise, the congress will strengthen our ties of friendship and educational projection of the FLANC, focused on the new generations and fellows in progress.

The XL CLAN Miami 2022 is the venue to demonstrate to the world the quality, leadership and integration of Latin American Neurosurgery in these uncertain times of humanity. Miami awaits you with its culture, gastronomy, diversity and Latin warmth at its best.
